Yes, of the eight rooms we have here at The Bolingbroke, one double and one of the triple rooms are located on the ground floor.
When something has been left behind by a guest, we attempt to contact the guest who was sat at the table or who occupied the hotel room. If unsuccessful, then we bag and label the item and store it for 2 months. After this time, if nobody has claimed it, it either goes to a charity shop or is disposed of.
We have a level entrance to our bar and restaurant (no steps) and the doorway is 775mm wide
Our public rest rooms are on ground level and include facilities for able & disabled guests
